Dr. Manzoor Ahmad

Born March 11, 1934. Dr. Manzoor Ahmad holds Ph.D. degree from London University, with knowledge of English, Arabic, Persian, Urdu and Hindi.

He has vast professional experience as Chancellor, Advisor, visiting Professor in various Universities; Dean, Director of Faculties and Chairman/Member in a number of Educational, Financial and Selection Boards/Committees of certain Universities and other educational institutions. Held offices in different government as well as non-government bodies/authorities. Represented Pakistan in a number of high level International Conferences. Edited journals and periodicals of International repute. Participated in around forty International conference as panel discussant/participant or a keynote speaker.

Authored, co-authored and edited books such as History of Philosophy, Morality and Law, Pakistan:Prospects and Perspectives, Iqbal Shanasi, Religious Wisdom and Islam: Chand Fikri Masail.

Authored more than fifty (published) articles on subjects ranging from religion to education and philosophy etc.He is currently acting as Rector, International Islamic University, Islamabad.

Justice (Rtd) Dr. Munir Ahmad Mughal

Born Sept 7, 1939. Holds M.A, LLB and Ph.D. degree. He has been Judge, Lahore High Court and Legal Advisor, PESCO (WAPDA), Lahore. Taught Law at University Law College, Lahore. Authored a number of books and research articles.
Publications: Authored number of books and research articles.

Dr. Rashid Ahmed Jalandhri

Born February 22, 1932. Graduated from Jami'a Abbasia, Bahawalpur, 1952, got degree of Shahadah-al-Alamiyya from University of Al-Azhar, Cairo, Egypt (1955) and Ph.D from University of Cambridge, UK (1968).

he has been Director Idara-e-Saqafat-e-Islamia, Lahore, Director, Islamic Research Institute, Islamabad, Professor, Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad and Advisor, Auqaf to Government of West Pakistan.He served as Judge in Sharia Apellate Bench, Supreme Court. He also worked as Ex.Director, Islamic research Institute. He was also a Professor in Balochistan University, Quetta.

Maulana Abdullah Khilji

Born June 10, 1949. He Holds a Dars-e-Nizami degree (Madrasa Arabia Dar-al-Irshad, Quetta), Pushto Honours degree (University of Baluchistan, Quetta) and Adeeb Arabic (University of Baluchistan).

With thirty five years experience of teaching Arabic and Islamic Sciences, he is a religious scholar of national repute, having experience of representing Pakistan in various international conferences and seminars. Has been associated with Radio and Television as debater/analyst. He has been a Master Trainer of intending pilgrims (Hujjaj). Authored and, got published, a number of articles on various subjects.

He has been a member of Ulema Board, Government of Pakistan.He also held the office of Advisor to President of Pakistan on Religious Affairs. He has also been a member of National Assembly.

Held membership in various Federal Government Committees. held portfolios of Advisor and Minister in Government of Baluchistan. Holds membership in Provincial Zakat Council, Baluchistan and Central Zakat Council, Government of Pakistan.

Represented Pakistan as head and/or as member of a number of Government delegations to foreign countries.He also served as Ex-Advisor to President of Pakistan on Religious Affairs.

Mr.Javed Ahmed Ghamidi (1951), Member

BA Honours (English Literature Government College, Lahore. Studied with Amin Ahsan Islahi Founder and President of Al-Mawrid, Institute of Islamic Sciences. Instructor for Islamic Studies at the Civil Services Academy, Lahore.. Lectured widely on various aspects and contents of Islam at various forums.
Publications: Al-Bayan, Mizan, Burhan, Maqamaat, Khayal-o -Khamah Chief Editor, Renaissance (English) monthly journal and Ishraq monthly journal (Urdu).

Dr. Syed Mohsin Muzzaffar Naqvi

Born on August 04, 1958. Holds Degree B.A. Islamic Studies from University of Karachi in 1978, M.A. Islamic Studies from University of Karachi in 1990, Ph.D. Comprarative Religion from N.C. State University, The Synoptic Gospel in 1995, H.I.E. Higher Islamic Education from Najaf Iraq in 1991-97.

Prior to modern education, he completed religious education up to the highest degree available in Pakistan from traditional Madaris. Have knowledge of Arabic, Persian, English and Urdu languages.

Authored, Fehm-i-Islam kay Jadid Khutut, Madhhab Aur Mu'ashira, Dehsht Gardi: Asbab, Nata'ij uar Hal, The Qur'an A comparative Study, 2 Vols, The Blessed Eyes, Imam Mehdi and the Sayings of Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), The Imam Jafar al-Sadiq and his days (Urdu). Also translated into Urdu various books and articles.

Praticipated in individual and other penal programs on socio-religious issues from time to time on different T.V. Channels.

he has a vast teaching experience in various institutions such as Institute of Islamic Culture Research, Karachi, Zehra Publication International (South Africa, London and Pakistan), and Islamic Center North Carolina.

Dr. Faiz Bilqees

Born on 15th August, 1951. Holds a Ph.D Degree in Economics (Monetary Economics), Masters in Economics from Punjab University, Masters in Economics from University of Waterloo (Canada), Bachelors in Economics & Statistics.

Presently working as Head of Department (Economics), International Islamic University, Islamabad. Women Campus since 16th February, 2007. Senior Professor in Pakistan Institute of Development Economics from May, 1974 till 15 February 2007.

She has contributed as a consultant on various "Survey based Research projects" and "Research projects based on Published Data".

Authored many papers published in the Pakistan Development Review (PDR).
